TRUMP BRINGS MORE CHAOS TO GOP SENATE PRIMARY

Trump on McCormick: “very pro-China” who is going to “let China eat our lunch”

PENNSYLVANIATonight Donald Trump is coming to Pennsylvania to hold a rally with his endorsed Senate candidate, daytime TV show host Mehmet Oz.

Trump’s meddling in this race immediately escalated what was already the country’s nastiest primary, and his appearance tonight is sure to only make things worse.

He’s already attacked Connecticut hedge fund executive David McCormick, calling him “very pro-China” and someone who is going to “let China eat our lunch.”

The DSCC has even purchased a billboard along the I-376 from Pittsburgh to the Westmoreland fairgrounds to remind attendees of just how nasty this primary has gotten

Democratic Party Spokesperson Jack Doyle issued the following statement:

“Trump’s meddling in this primary has further escalated the chaos of this primary, and we can expect more of the same tonight. This race is already one of the nastiest and most expensive in the country, and will only get more chaotic as Trump continues to pour gasoline on the garbage fire that is this Republican intra-party fight.”
