PENNSYLVANIA — In light of the groundbreaking reporting from HuffPost which revealed David McCormick’s deep ties to the Saudi government, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party has released a new digital video featuring 9/11 families and veterans from Pennsylvania calling out the Connecticut hedge fund executive. JUDI REISS: I’m holding the picture of my son Joshua, taken 15 months before September 11th. Joshua was killed working for Cantor Fitzgerald. He was 23-years-old. This was an act of terrorism, and the terrorists were tied to the Saudi government.
It turns my stomach, and David McCormick sold my family out, he’ll sell your family out.
JACK INACKER: As a former member of the military, McCormick swore an oath to protect the Constitution. It’s disqualifying for him to have abandoned those principles when he had the opportunity to profit from doing so.
ELIZABETH BAIK: It’s almost insulting to me that he can say these things and thinks he can fool voters, and then goes and takes actions that are completely antithetical to the values he’s touting. And so I don’t trust him and he does not have my vote.
